A.Staff were friendly and professional. Had a lot going on because of Covid to try and keep them and their residents safe.
R.Radius Glaisdale is a brand new facility, with a great environment and friendly staff. People can go visit at any time and family can spend as much time as they want with their loved one! Great philosophy and atmosphere!
6.Good sized rooms and good sized lounge/dining areas the place is a little bit away from everything in Hamilton but that is a positive and a negative as it takes a bit of driving to get anywhere from here like shopping center or the base but because it is so far away it is also quiet. Ample toilets and showers for clients and the rooms aren't as cramped as I have seen other resthome/hospitals also the staff there seem quite a happy bunch of people that like working there so there is a positive atmosphere around the place. I would recommend to old people that enjoy the nicities of town living without the sound of living in it.
