Reviews of Brooklands Life Care Retirement Village
w.I would like to thank the staff very much for the kindness, consideration and respect they showed by mother when she resided at Brooklands Village. The caring atmosphere, community spirit and friendliness displayed by the management, residents and staff made the transition from home to care easier on both my mother and the family during this difficult time. Staff went out of their way to keep the family fully informed which in our view went above and beyond the norm. My mother enjoyed village life and so the whole family have been happier.
W.I have a couple of elderly friends living here; and they are happy as with the facilities. The townhouses are lovely too; and I hear the meals in the Dining Room are rather scrummy.
L.Great village looks great. Friendly staff, my grandma go here and she loves it's really good place.
G.I entertained there. A very appreciated crowd. And great staff around to assist anybody that needed it.
