Manager not on good terms with some of the elderly residents. Tends to make decisions affecting them without any consideration or consultation. Recently an elderly resident had a garden and wind break trellis removed . Newly planted expensive flowering annuals were cast aside to be replaced with a cheap looking tiled area.

Only retirement village 2 live in.Lots 2 do plenty laughs
