I can’t express more admiration and gratitude that I hold for the management and staff with only 5 stars. I can though highly recommend Bainswood on Victoria in Rangiora to any one making the significant decision on accommodation of a loved one. Many thanks to you all Ross Family

Very nice place to live but you need your own phone line in your room as its very hard to reach your loved ones to talk to them, staff do not answer the main phone.

Bainswood staff are very helpful and really do provide great care to the elderly in the rest home. There are activities group outings and for game evenings. The food is very good and family members can join the person staying in Bainswood for tea at a very reasonable low price. The rooms are clean, nice and well serviced. Be reassured if there is an emergency help is on hand very quickly. There is good parking onsite also.
