I. B.Construction has started on the new Gulf Rise Retirement Village situated within the Fletcher housing development on the higher slopes of the old Peninsula Golf Course at Red Beach.
Single story dwellings and multi floor tower blocks are now being built as at april 2019.
With only Minutes drive to both Orewa and Silverdale and very frequent bus options to Albany and Auckland city available from this location;
Close to many beautiful beaches is a bonus.
