W.My mum moved in to a care suite at Summerset by the Lake, 5 days before lockdown. The team at Taupo went above and beyond to take care of mum and keep us in contact. They made a very stressful time as pleasant as it could be. Thank you all at Taupo Summerset.
P.Having moved into Summerset in January we have found the Manager and staff to be very caring, friendly and helpful people. The residents have welcomed us and made us feel 'at home' in just a few months. Plenty of events are planned for those that want to attend. Most of all it is the little things we really appreciate - such as the birthday card plus chocolate delivered on my husband's 77th birthday...the various morning/afternoon teas to meet the staff, our new neighbours, etc. We feel we certainly made the right choice to move here..
