A lovely lifestyle village, where you own your own two bedroom quality unit, can join in with as many activities within the village as you like. Body Corp fees paid monthly but get full profits back when you sell your home. Lawns mown for you and a great group of people. There is always the odd person who decides they need to know everyone’s business and let everyone else know about it too, but that’s just Village life. A great place to live and these people live in every environment we are in home work or school just ignore and enjoy life is the best motto.

Been here 8yrs and was just what I needed for my LATE wife. One level easy to get around the village.one either can be an individual or join in the activities. A freehold own your own unit
