My grandma lives here and we visit her here. Each time we visit the staff are so friendly and helpful. Moving here was a little stressful for my grandma who has dementia, but the staff have really helped her settle in. They have a huge variety of activities available and the food is amazing.

My mother recently moved in to Jane Mander Retirement Village in Kamo, Whangarei. She is very happy. If she is happy, then I am happy (her daughter). Lovely village, well maintained gardens, service people everywhere doing odd jobs. Visited friends for a few days in their nice compact 2 bedroom unit. They love it.
