C.This is a fun class run by an experienced instructor. The curriculum is very practical while still retaining the traditional art including animal styles and weapons. There is a lot of variety so you're always learning new things no matter how long you've been training.
The greater confidence and values you or your child learn here will last a lifetime and spill over into all the other areas of your life.
