L. C.Well run, welcoming group. Taoist Tai chi is a great excercise to strengthen and stretch your skeletal and muscular structure. The Nelson group welcomed me to their class as I was visiting Nelson. Check their website for schedule.

As well as benefitting my health immeasurably, it has enabled me to make so many positive social connections.
