L.Well run, welcoming group. Taoist Tai chi is a great excercise to strengthen and stretch your skeletal and muscular structure. The Nelson group welcomed me to their class as I was visiting Nelson. Check their website for schedule.
L.Joining a Taoist Tai Chi class can be life-changing. Whatever your age, the benefits are enormous. It is one of the best decisions I made, many years ago when I moved from the UK to Nelson. As well as benefitting my health immeasurably, it has enabled me to make so many positive social connections.
D.Great environment and faciliry. Instructors on all levels are excellent and very helpful and supportive. Plenty of choices for classes to suit everyone. Nelson very lucky to have this facility.
M.Excellent low-impact exercise. Great for improved physical balance, joint flexibility, and mental calmness. Very friendly group.
