J.Highly recommend Halo training sessions with Tony and the team. The tools are relevant, beneficial, and applicable to all business and scenarios. Our group really enjoy the learning and then the practical elements, you never know what to expect and you’re encouraged to comfortably break out of your comfort zone.
The training is carried out in a professional and concise manner, Tony and the team cater to all levels and abilities within the session and are very conscious and intuitive with understanding, finetuning and growing your skills, while bringing out the best of your abilities.
The reflective part of the session gives you crucial insight that you would otherwise not have without this training. By far the best leadership training you can do and investment in your personal and professional development!! Look forward to next month.
J.Great interactive session held on mental toughness. Normally a session is done in person, but due to travel restrictions, the Halo team did extremely well to complete this via video conferencing software and keep team engagement. I fully recommend Tony and the Halo team for all leadership and team training.
T.I have done leadership courses, read books and listened to many podcasts, yet working with Tony has been by far the best leadership coaching I have done. Leading through adversity defines you not only as a leader but a person. Tony helped me focus on my values and what it takes to be the leader I knew I could be. I was made accountable and was challenged yet this coaching enabled me to get through what has been the hardest and grueling of times. Thank you so much and remember - every day is a school day!

G.Thoroughly recommend HALO training to anyone who is looking to improve their soft skills. Great to meet Tony and Darren and listen to their life's experiences and the aversity faced at times and the tools they were given to help deal with that, a workshop that had me engaged for the whole duration. (usually I last around 30 mins ;-))

A.By far the best leadership/development course I have ever attended! Our company completed both the Frontline and Crucible courses which were such a welcome change from your more theory based courses. They were both challenging at times, but got a lot out of them, both personally and professionally. Learned a lot about not only leadership, but teamwork and dealing with stress/high pressure situations. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to improve themselves or their team.

C.I'm so happy I went for this inspiring and motivating workshop as I experienced some tough times within my workplace and could/can turn around things by applying my new communication skills! L.As part of a leadership program I was on with Fonterra we were exploring high performing teams and different perspectives that they might have to leadership. We had Halo give us a perspective into what leadership means for a special forces high performing team. Essentially where learning & operating effectively under challenging environments is critical to survival. Fair to say that the techniques he shared with us were stress-tested in a variety of (adverse!) situations and were highly effective for getting your mind focussed on what matters.
Granted that a routine day in the office for us doesn’t put ourselves in mortal danger, but the stresses and mental reactions we experience in adverse situations are the same as what the special forces teams experience.
What landed particularly well with us was we had practical take-aways that we could implement immediately – ensuring we had the tools to get the best from ourselves and those around us. Across the group this was one of the standout sessions in the year long course.
V.HALO training is by far the best professional development I ever attended and had the pleasure to be part of. Forget your usual PD courses, this is all another story; different, original, intriguing, fun, challenging and rewarding in many different way. The team at HALO was always present and willing to help when needed, and do trust me when I say they do help you. There is no judgement but pure willingness to help you grow and develop new skills. I have amazing memories of our full day training and I will always think back with a smile at what I have learnt.
