I engaged the services of 4E's when I very first opened an ECE centre. Libby and Jen provided an excellent service and reviewed all of our paperwork and pricing schedule. It was a great reassurance that I was on the right track and gave me peace of mind. It was great to know that they were always available to share their extensive knowledge.
