I started to learn Taoist Tai Chi in 1991, it is something that I will continue to do for life as it has given me such a wide range of experiences and taught me so much not only about myself but others. Tai Chi is a way to exercise that fully complements all other exercises. It is a way to become mindful, this creates a calmness, clarity of thinking, slowness that we do not often get with our everyday busy lives that just seem to get more busy every day, it is often called a moving meditation. The people are all lovely and I would recommend it to all ages.
