Beautiful place. We stayed for a weekend family reunion. Excellent facilities, everything worked well and was good quality. Good bush walks and adventure playground

We have just enjoyed an exceptional weekend at the Aongatete Lodge. We spent most of our days in the communal area by the open fire. The large kitchen with its wonderful amenities made for fun kai times. We spent time in the gymnasium which is a large open space that would be suitable for many different activities. I could see that the Lodge had other areas available for visitors, a rock climbing wall and outside a team building physical challenge area. My only concern was the amount of condensation in the rooms. Doors were sticking and windows were very wet on the inside. Apart from this, I would totally recommend the Aongatete Lodge as a great venue for outdoor activities, amazing scenery and good accommodation.
