R.I take my Grandson to Upper Hutt Martial Arts. He loves it, I have noticed his increase in confidence since he started. The club is professionally run and Master Callum is a positive instructor. There is alot of resources and the children love going. Always recommend it to anyone that asks.
K.A great martial arts school with very able and knowledgable instructors, they know what they teach well and have a definite passion for the art. I’ve found the atmosphere to be very professional, while at the same time being relaxed, friendly, welcoming and very inclusive. Having studied various martial arts over the years I’ve found it’s quite difficult to find a school that ticks of of those boxes but Callum and his team of instructors at Upper Hutt Martial Arts Academy do it very well.

We’re a year into our Hapkido journey and our son looks forward to each and every training session. The change in him over this time has been huge. He’s gained self-confidence, he is more willing to try new things, he is more respectful, he sets goals and sticks to them, he’s had opportunities to help others and he’s made some great friends.
The enthusiasm is contagious. I’ve recently joined and also find myself looking forward to each class.
