B.It's a nice building but I didnt end up needing to use it for anything, the lake in front of it I'd absolutely lovely in the summer, on a hot day, it is so nice to be able to have a plunge in there after work or school, there are some buoys in the water to keep your little ones safe from any boats that might be going around.
