r. g.One of the best parts of training in martial arts like Muay Thai is that it is as hard as you make it.When I started in April/June of 2019 I hit a maximum of 115 kg. It is now march of 2020 and I am just under 88 kg, and have learned new skills and new things that I can move my body that I never thought possible.
B. K.I was passing thru Wellington, their head coach let me come in and get some training in. He is very detail oriented and breaks down each strike into different steps to make sure the body mechanics are correct. Fun atmosphere for some good training. 🙏🏼
