Taoist Tai Chi classes held in Wellington since 1993 are building health and community in the manner Master Moy Lin Shin intended. Fellowship, exercise, relaxation and fun! Come share in our discoveries working together!

I highly recommend that anyone beginning Tai Chi goes twice a week . That way, just as you start to forget the moves, you are reminded again. Wonderful to have classes in my local neighbourhood.

Excellent classes with a really nice bunch of people. Everyone is made to feel welcome and there are no expectations about how well you'll do. The atmosphere is kind and accepting. The first class is free.
