My child doesn't go here- but I work next door, sharing a fence in the private back yard. Wadestown Kindergarten has been so lovely to work near. The bank we worked on is visible to kids and parents, and everyone has been really safe and kind- even when we were using chainsaws we weren’t feeling like we were in a fishbowl, and no one pointed us out or made us uncomfortable even when they were watching. We are often just on the other side of the fence, and there’s never been a harsh word or unhappy child. The other day when we were there, there were two adults outside- one male and one female- with a bunch of kids, and it sounded like a fun, wholesome party. Both adults interacted with the kids in such an amazing, positive way. There was music playing, and it was so child focused, everyone was having a great time. That day led me to write this review. We work around a lot of kindergartens/creches and I worked in childcare when my daughter was under 5, so I was well aware we witnessed something special. Both myself and one of my staff have children, and we would be over the moon to know that our kids were going somewhere like your kindy. Ka pai Wadestown Kindy!
