Best service and professional advice on engraving pens I ever received. A few font sets were provided, gave advice on the difference in the appearance of capital vs small letters. The end result was so good. The person who received the gift was so pleased with it. Thanks a million.

Situated in the outside shops of the meadowbank mall. I've had shoes done here, bought gate openers you can even buy trophy's and have keys cut. It's a small shop however the owner is skilled and extremely helpful.

I went to this locksmith this morning and he certainly went the "EXTRA MILE" in spite of my mistake in providing the wrong car door key on the car transponder that I needed replaced . Alex is a HIGHLY Professional and HONEST Operator who I would Recommend ! A++

Excellent service. Problem solvers! My boots heels were torn to shreds so were given new heels but when I got home, it was so slippery I couldn't walk in them. I took them back to find out they had used a material that was supposed to be non slip but was definitely not working for my boots. They said noone had ever complained before, but - they still they found a solution: they removed the extra material and even gave me a refund which I didnt ask for. :)

Over the years this business has served with simple conventional repairs and engraving tasks. Then there was the time when my favourite shoes soles wore through and had cavities. This business filled them and gave them two more years of life. And most recently the elastic webbing on my favourite sandals broke. "We could try gluing..." was the suggestion. I didn't believe it would work and they weren't sure so didn't charge anything, but here I am several weeks on and delighted! You don't find such attitudes commonly, these days. Thank you! I offer the highest recommendation based on many services.

The absolutele best! By far the best experience I have had. Went in to replace heel tips on my shoes. Not only did he do it extremely well and fast, but also gave me a discount and showed me the best way of polishing the shoes and recommended the best polish. All done super efficiently and no issues with the fact that I came in 10 minutes before closing time. Much recommended!

I went in for getting a belt of mine shortened. Initially the owner cut my belt too short, so I went back to get the length increased. The owner was happy to do this and did it without any complaints. Went the extra efforts to make sure I was genuinely satisfied which I was in the end :) Highly recommend .
