Like the concept Like the idea of protecting the environment The design is trendy, the shoes are light weighted and the price is affordable luxury. Although they are super low-key not appropriate social media exposure, I still want to recommend allbirds. Eventually allbirds is a New Zealand proud brand.

Excellent customer service by lovely Rachel, who enthusiastically helped me find the right pair of shoes that fit me perfectly. I was in the store to exchange a pair of shoes but because of her warm, friendly and helpful service, I ended up buying another pair of shoes for myself and my husband. Power of effective customer service - make the customer feel good and they’ll buy more than they planned for 😊 well done, Rachel 👍🏼🌟

Outstanding shoes. I literally wore my wool runners for 2 years every single day and they held up so well. Very comfortable and look great. I came instore to get a new pair - Matt was an excellent and very helpful salesperson. I got 3 pairs! Thank you Matt.

Nice shopping experience. Chairs and interior are nice, saw some pretty slippers not too expensive. Most importantly I achieved the goal of visiting the store which was to find some light, comfortable, attractive shoes. The tree dashers are comfier than the tree runners and they are more expensive. There was no of the colour I want online or in-store but there may be other nice colours as well. By far better shoes than 'trendy' shoes sold in Platypus or Footlocker.

That was without a doubt the most enjoyable retail experience I've had all year, so where to begin... it's interesting to see how they've used this very spacious floorspace to be empty other than seats so that the shoe models on the wall stand out in all their glory. All of the sizing racks are then colour coordinated behind the minimalist checkout counter. They have probably half of the available colours per model on the wall, and helped me find even more colour choices via their online store (using their tablet). Two different people eagerly helped me from beginning to end, not being too pushy and overall just being approachable and excited about the shoes (they're all wearing them of course). Now, the biggest frustration I have about buying shoes in NZ is that there aren't any half sizes, but I got advice from the staff that I should go a size up if my toes are at all tight, else he said ppl have blown a hol through the toe wool and he didn't want that to happen to me. I was worried about sizing still, but they assured me that I had 30 days to return worry free, even after walking around outside everyday bc they'll donate the returned ones! Lastly, they've got 3 different coloured laces to take for free to change up your style. All around amazing.

My husband loves his allbirds (he already has way too many pairs) so we had to stop in! Really cool that they have exclusive laces you can grab on your way out. And the staff was super helpful and kind!

Shoes made from wool and eucalyptus trees... Super comfortable and great looking. Very, very innovative. Not too expensive either.

I've bought several pairs of Allbirds online previously but wanted to make sure I got the correct size of running shoes, so I went to visit the store. Was pretty impressed. The staff was super helpful and there was a lot of selection there. I've always been impressed with Allbirds and would definitely recommend them.

Just purchased my first pair of Allbirds. The staff member who helped me was delightful and could not be more helpful and attentive. Would highly recommend and urge you to visit but be warned - you will leave with a new purchase!! 😉

Store was quite busy for first thing on a Saturday morning, but lots of staff working - Found it very full on for such a large amount of people in a small store but managed to get what I was looking for as well as a free pair of shoelaces to go with it. I now own two pairs and they are the best shoe purchase I've ever made!

Fantastic service. Place was packed. Happy to support NZ business but unfortunately the shoes didn't suit me in spite of me testing a few styles. Like many others, the toe part needs reinforcement so this is a design issue. It was also really uncomfortable after walking for a while as feet began to ache. Works well for hubby though.

Allbirds are terrific. My first visit to the store today. The staff are very helpful and didn't seem to mind me trying on quite a few different shoes. The shoes are sooooooo comfortable! I bought three pairs and wore one out of the store. 👍

Bought two pairs of the worlds comfiest shoes for me and my partner today. Jonathan was very patient and thoughtful. He took the time to make sure we got the right shoe for us and he was actually super knowlegable about the prouduct. Can quite easily say his customer service guarnteed our sale.

Elliott was awesome. Was very attentive and quick at fetching all the shoes and sizes for my friend and I to try. We were both surprised at how comfortable these shoes were, the merino wool sneakers were an instant "yes" as soon as I put them on. Elliott was super hel6at explaining the difference between the wool and tree material options. We left with 4 pairs of shoes if that tells you anything. I'm a fan for life now.

I thought the marketing blurb on Allbirds was just all hype as usual. BUT after wearing my Men's wool runners for a couple of weeks, I understand why they are touted as the "world's most comfortable shoe." All the hype around sustainability etc. isn't what impresses me. I have sore feet and these shoes have made the world of difference - oh and I've found their customer service fantastic as well. Great New Zealand product.

Had the most caring staff member look after us today! I was excited to check out the new store as I have wanted a pair of Allbirds since they started. Came in with my boyfriend (both of us aren't particularly great at shoe shopping and/or decision making). The guy that helped us (blonde, tall, super smile-y) was incredible! He went the extra mile to make us feel really comfortable and he was genuine in his recommendations. He spent time with us and made sure that we were happy with our decisions. We both bought a pair and are really happy :). Thank you super kind Allbirds guy!

I had the utmost Amazing customer experience at Allbirds today. I was assisted by Shanaia and even with the Xmas shopping madness chaos, she made time to listen to my needs and was able to offer the best resolution making appropriate suggestions and made me completely satisfied. My wife was looking for a pair mainly due to the materials hopefully being cooler to wear. Ended up buying two pair! The gusy serving us was awesome and could not have been more help even if he tried.
