L.Excellent service in store from Jenna who was patient, gave advice in a kind manner, and really listened to what I wanted (leather only etc). She did not try to upsell or push anything on me, and did not rush despite busy store. Busy store, managing numbers appropriately by asking people to wait outside while at capacity.
L.Was served by a young Asian man who was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately there was very little stock in my size but he was very patient in explaining that stock was low because of back to school sales which is understandable. I ended up purchasing online but really appreciated the service at the store.
J.They have a good team working here. Trust me, their staff is very professional yet young. The only thing is they are always low on stock. Well this means you gotta snatch them up before others will!!! I was served by the Asian lady, very nice. My mum has also ordered online, she ordered the wrong size and the online team sorted that out very swiftly without problem. I don't need to say anything about the sandals. Once you get into Birkenstock, you are Birk in stuck. 10/10, except the stock levels.
M.Really impressed with the customer service of Ben today (19 Feb 2022 around 1:15-1:40pm) he helped me find the right Birks & was very patient and helpful the whole time kudos Ben!!
Store also has a good range and sizes, would shop here again & so glad to finally have my Birks :)
J.Reviewing on behalf of my grandma who asked me to post this. She spoke with a gentleman named Tohi on the phone he was polite and very helpful and she is very happy with her sandals.
H.Really friendly staff on the phone. 2 people in different days helped me to find my sizing and suggest the shoe which I absolutely love now. Thank you Ben and Doe. - I am now wearing my arizona everywhere.
