Fantastic shoes - comfiest I have ever worn... I now have 5 pairs.... and I am not a shoe person! Customer service and support is excellent. I recently had an issue with one pair that I bought a few months ago... problem solved without hassle and was again an excellent customer experience. Thank you.

Recently bought my first Florsheim shoes , shoes great for value no major issues. but the customer service was done poorly by the girls on that day. They did n''t seem interested in selling their product. the experience was a bit bland. been many places , bought many shoes, seen better service.

The team at this store will always find the right fit and style for your budget. Always happy with the quality of their products. Update: I popped into the store to ask about shoe maintenance as one of my pairs were wearing uncharacteristically. They determined this was unusual and wanted to send the shoe to head office for inspection. They gave me a new pair no questions asked! This shows you that Florsheim takes customer experience, and chance to learn about issues in their products seriously. Thanks team!

My husband bought a pair of shoes in March 2017, they were his 'best' shoes so not worn a lot. The sole on one shoe cracked and started letting water in. As he didn't wear them often we left it. But because of the money he spent buying a nice brand of shoes we were disappointed at the damage. I took them back to the store in May 2019 just to show them. I could not believe it when they said they would give us a whole new pair of the same shoes! The guys there are amazing, we could not believe the their kind offer to replace them, thank you so much! We totally recommend Florsheim shoes. Thankyou!
