Best place to cop dope sneaks at a great price with exceptional customer service. Shoutout to Ngawai for being an absolute champion. Ordered some NBs that I could only find at resale elsewhere for an already great price. Had a bit of an issue and was immediately given 3 different ways to sort it, then they even went the extra mile to help me out. Supporting an NZ owned business is sound but a business is only as good as the people that make it and Ngawai made this such an awesome experience. Will definitely shop here again and if you're checking on reviews then you should too!

Most amazing service I’ve experienced in retail ! Had a birthday coming up so last minute ordered off loaded but because of COVID i was expecting a bit of a delay with delivery. Easy solution - I emailed them and straight away was taken care of by Marty and he offered to delivery the item to me the next day IN PERFECT CONDITION . Super grateful for the team at Loaded . Life savers 🙌🏽 Thanks Marty for the effort in bringing me my gear ! Will defs recommend to shop at Loaded and will for sure be shopping more often 👏🏽

Awesome selection of streetwear that cannot be found at your normal footlocker/JD or stirling sports. Friendly customer service team and nice store layout.

Cool kicks and everything streetwear. Always a vibe here. DJ is regularly playing. I like the basement section where they have Yeezys, Y3s etc.

Staff are too cool and casually chatting with each other to even notice me and say something...nice fitout tho. There appears to be a barber upstairs. I felt invisible...

If you need to look fashionable for work, training or leisure and don't have time to scratch around online then Loaded is a great place to shop. All the staff are friendly, knowlegable and helpful. Loaded isn't for bargain hunters but if you are short on time it's a great shop for updating your footwear, threads and accessories.

After an ordering error Marty went out of his way to fix the situation and make it right. Was really impressed and couldn’t be happier in the end

The experience was amazing. Friendly staff and great products, highly recommend. The coffee was quite nice as well(great side service) . Will definitely go back for my next shopping trip. :)

Fantastic customer service, I Felt like I was at home as soon as I walked in , they were cool and relaxed. Im surprised that there was a barbers at the top of the store so I actually got my hair did up. He did a really good job and was a very friendly dude. I just would like to say that you guys have a really great team . I'm going to return here when I can because of the haircut I received. Thank you.

Some pretty decent products and brands. Some staff are more concerned with standing around trying to look cool than engaging with their customers. Not sure if retail is right for them. Take the service out of it and it's a dope shop. Remember its never too hard to smile and say hello.

I haven't personally brought a watch here but the range of Casio G-Shocks are amazing. It's like as if they have a direct link with Monaco. They have a huge range of new models (step tracking), and high ends models (MT-G, MR-G) to choose from, it's really worth having a look if you are into Casio watches. They also stock the classical gold watch from Casio that is quite pricey. I couldn't take a photo due to my shyness but I had a great experience in the store. Would recommend.

A mixed feeling about my visit here. In terms of aesthetics, this store has done it right- it’s got the VIP atmosphere. The staff were, as previously stated in the reviews, too busy chatting amongst themselves and constantly swearing - felt no sense of professionalism. Then again, the product range was great. When I went to pay for the hats, I was standing next to the unnecessarily bright LED light next to the eftpos terminal - it blinded me as I was making the purchase. The coffee afterwards by the entrance was fantastic. The barista was friendly, approachable and professional. Thus 3/5.

Fantastic stock and even better customer service. As someone who shops everyday for their job I was very impressed at the way the staff handled all needs, was polite and had all answers to questions I had. Lia was especially helpful and am very grateful for all her help, (and company, she is lovely). This store is great!!

Hmm, good and bad! The good, shop is good even has the potential to advance along and be a local culture kings. "potential"... Too the bad, I love and listen to loud music, but when I went in to this store I left with a thumping headache. Ridiculously loud, wasn't a pleasant experience. Theres such a thing of semi loud pleasant beats rather than the sound system at full noise. Potential to be the best

Generally a positive experience, I had to take a star off however. I love music and I love it loud, but the music was extremely overbearing which lead to a not so pleasant experience. 4 Star

Had a great experience with Loaded. Called and asked them about something, didn’t expect anything from it but they came back to me and got me sorted. Lady on the phone was very friendly and helpful. Their back up email support was really good too.

spent $1600 here the day i went staff were very helpful and friendly. signed me up to the vip club and i got a 75 dollar voucher. loved the merchandise. cool labels. cool items. will def be visiting often

Solid spot to get fitted out. Great brands and selection, incomparable to other stores in NZ. Great buzz in the store as well with an in house DJ, barista and barber. Service good, but could be better.

This store use to be the best place to cop new gears as it was almost like exclusive, but webt in recently and uts pretty average and over priced for gears you can cop cheaper online, still good to check out

I love the shop. The staff at Loaded are awesome and the brands are sick, I am especially loving the Crooks and Castles brand that i had never seen before i shopped at Loaded. I also want to make a Shout out's to Isaac Hakaraia - Clayton at Loaded NZ Auckland High Street, he has a lot of passion for what he does and is always happy to help me find whatever i'm looking for if shoes or shirts and he goes that extra mile in helping find that last little thing that can really bring an outfit together to look super dope, he also makes the best coffee i have ever had, I highly recommend trying it. Keep it up can't wait until i can shop there again it is definitely my favorite place to go shopping.

Amazing!!! Whent there for the Black Friday sale & there was quite a blockbuster que, however it moved fast & was very quickly let Down stairs to the exclusive sale! Staff were very amazing & helpful! I got $100 items for $20 to $30 bucks I got a total of 6 designer brand label items for under 2hundy!!! Sooo stoked! Also love the 3 levels, pumpin night club music, coffee machine, hair salon, hat wall & Mean Gear! Cheers loaded! You made my day!

Has really changed since the last time I had been there( 3-4 years ago.) Great to see the expansion. DJ was dope & the layout of everything was very interactive. Staff are always around.

Amazing service and and epic catalogue of the best streetwear availiable in NZ! Highly recommend Loaded to any one looking to up their game and do so by dealing with friendly, knowledgeable staff who prioritise the needs of customers. Also, big up the manager Cale at the High street branch for going out of his way to help me out with some New Balance returns recently.

It's indeed LOADED with some seriously cool stuffs. But then again, the price is more expensive. A perfect place for retail therapy. And hey, they have DJ booth overlooking the whole space, how cool is that.

Great store. Stocks high end streetwear. The coffees and baristas onsite are probably the best on high street and dont get any credit compared to the pretentious cafes next to them

This is the go to place for lastest upmarket streetwear and sneakers, awesome staff friendly and goes the extra mile ( even keeping my daughter entertained while we shop), recently had a hair cut with my son, barber has shown exception attention to detail, will definitely be back for our next cut and will be a good excuse for sneaker shopping 😂

Latest branded clothes and loads of shoes. Amazing barber shop inside. Coffee station at the entrance! What more do you need!
