Called in to the Merchant Albany and was served by Jack 6362. Amazing service, super friendly, knows the products well. Jack knew by just looking at my foot size that in a particular shoe, I would be a size smaller. You could have a joke with him whilst he had the customer at the forefront. Felt very welcoming in the store. Deuce shoes are great, love them, super comfy. Thanks Jack Will definitely be back for another Deuce pair of shoes at some stage Angela & Brett

Took my 21 year old daughter to get a pair of shoes today. Trying to convert her to buying quality shoes that are comfortable and long lasting. I think she’s sold on the quality of Merchant shoes and now she understands why I have around a dozen pairs.

Love the quality of shoes here for a reasonable price - given the nice quality, they last many seasons. Always find the staff really helpful too and more than happy to get me lots of different styles to try - and they are nice and chatty to my little kids, so you always feel welcome and it's an enjoyable shopping experience. The boots here in particular are great quality and have lasted much longer than ones from other shops I've purchased over the years, I'm into my third winter with a couple of pairs!

Me and my husband have been buying shoes, bags and accessories from Merchant for the last few years. So far we have gotten great quality leather shoes (30+ pairs over the years), a good variety of designs from smart to casual wear, and great prices too especially when they offer specials. The staff at Westgate and Albany (the shops I shop in) are very friendly and great at customer service. Keep up the great work you guys!
