B.These guys are awesome - I was in Auckland for 4 days, wandered in on a Saturday and found a pair of shoes in a style I've been after for ages. They didn't have it in my size, but that didn't stop them - they couriered the size over first thing Monday and went above and beyond to get it there before my flight home. I honestly could have walked out with half the store the variety was so awesome...
A.Amazing customer service. I went in for a repair on my 8 month old shoes and they were replaced free of charge! Above and beyond!
