Wow... unbelievable service here from Aya. I actually had to ask her, her name so I could post this review as this woman deserves a LOT of credit. She was incredibly helpful, and happy for me to try on lots of shoes and had great suggestions... I felt like she genuinely wanted me to find shoes I loved and she did! Merchant you are lucky to have her!

I’ve been to Merchant twice in the last 2 years, High St and St Lukes stores. To say I’ve been blown away with the customer service would be an understatement. Both times the teams in the stores went out of their way to help me after I got the wrong size online. Honestly, thank you. Massively appreciated.
