Had 100% attentive help the entire shop for my wife and I to both get new shoes for Easter. They're definitely pricey BUT good quality and service along with care tips. Looks like I'll come back for more another day ;)

I went in just for a look and walked out with two pairs of shoes! I have wide feet and am always looking for a nice pair of sneakers or supportive shoes. I think I had a chat with Orchide who has a similar issue and said that the Deuce range is really good. Everyone was really nice and not too pushy in there which was a nice refresher and I was debating between the two pairs which usually in other stores they would force me to buy both! 10/10. Def coming back in once I save up some more 😊

Had a great experience here buying a new pair of shoes. The staff there are lovely and welcoming. I also noticed that they were patient with customers even if they are quite busy, which is great. Merchant's shoes are on the pricey side but definitely worth considering during discount periods.

Had the best service at this shop on Friday 25 June. The shop manager and staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful. Great quality shoes with fantastic service! Well done guys. I will be back :-) Thanks again Sandra

Normally I hate buying shoes as I've got fat chode feet but I rocked in to Merchant with my eye on a pair of boots I'd seen online. I was served by a lovely lady named Mackenzie who nailed my size, was quick, polite and helpful. Nice one, Mackenzie. The boots were a little expensive but comfortable and I'm sure they'll last. Now with shoes out of the way, I just need to sort out the rest of my life.

I went into sylvia park to see if I can get a pair of shoes that I wanted. They didn't have the size I wanted so they ordered a pair from Albany. They didn't call me to let me know when the shoes came in. I went in myself to see if it was there. Yes they got in I felt that shoes didn't fit my feet.. so gutted I wanted my refund back. But two pacific or moari staffs were fantastic and went the extra mile to see if I could get my Cinderella foot in. Take inner sole out to make sure that it suits and fit just right. Brilliant staff, I will go back I will tell my friends and family to go there.as pacfic find it hard find shoe to fit.. well done to brilliant staffs who helped. Keep it up ladies!

Loved this store, a big range of shoes, boots, sandals, sports shoes for both men and women. The service was really personal, attentive and quick also, maybe due to having plenty of staff available which was such a bonus that I would definately shop here again. They had plenty of stock and were helpful by cleaning the bag I purchased with some polish and leather softer to give it an extra sparkle. Looks lovely. Located near the foodhall and the escalator to the top roof carparking by the warehouse end of Sylvia Park, so easy to get in and out if you are in a rush.
