I recently visited the store to have a bracelet engraved for my husbands birthday, I was told it would be finished in 20 - 30mins but it was finished before the qouted time which is always a bonus, the staff are always friendly and helpful! They did a fantastic job on the bracelet, my partner adores it. Definitely recommend and will be going back for future needs.

Came to get my watch fixed up, the staff are friendly and polite. I was told about 30 minutes however it was done alot quicker. Great service and would highly recommend Mister Minit Glenfield!

Just had an amazing experience with the owner of MrMint Glenfield, I had completely lost my electric remote for the garage door. MR Mint man was so helpfull even came to my garage to help out (he was passing by) but wow I have never had such helpful and kind service. Very happy custommer thanks Mister Mint :) highly recomend

Because most recently I got 2 keys made that didn't fit (I was skeptical when I picked them up because they seemed slightly longer), I can't give them a 5 since I had to go back a day later to return them, but because they were sorry about not being able to help, I can't give them lower than a 4 either. Outside of this, I've gotten 2 other sets of keys made from them before and it was a smooth drop off and pickup 5 min later. They've got way more stuff than I realised too such as engraving, shoe stuff, and more that you'd have to look at the pictures here or the counter to see what else they offer.

Done heel n sole in shoes, doesn't look like its being repaired, looks as new. Tried with engraving, OMG unbelievable, so nicely done.

We went to get a ID tag for our cat the service was great and it looks so nice the font is beautiful and very high quality and it was done in under 15 minutes

Always friendly and helpful service at Mr Minit Glenfield. On this particular occasion the 'main' employee (perhaps the franchisee?) did a great job engraving a tankard for me in a really quick turnaround time. My colleague was surprised that I wasn't made to return the next day to get it which I'm glad as I didn't have the time to. The recipient of this gift was very happy with it. Thanks very much

Must say the best customer service I received in a very long time. Taking the time to come after work to sort out my remote for my car and saving me $700 instead of going to the agents as was told by other locksmiths. You made my day Raj Thanks Bruce

I got my watch repaired there today and the service was excellent. Very fast (took 10 minutes to complete) and reasonably priced ($25). The batteries also have a 2 year warranty.

I've had house keys, car key's, motorcycle keys cut here, bought replacement garage door openers here and they have all worked without fault. Great service.

We went here to get a spare electronic key made for our Mitsubishi, but unfortinately something went wrong and our one existing key broke in the process. It was nearly Christmas, we had visitors in town and our car wouldnt start! Disaster! The owner at mister minut was so apologetic and even lent us his own car until he could get ours towed to Mitsubishi and fixed at his cost. Accidents happen, and it was inconvenient, but at the end of the day I was so impressed with how the owner and his wife took responsibility, helped us out and made things right. That's a really great small business in my eyes. Thanks!

These guys were most excellent, the mobile service was quick with friendly staff.

I took these shoes to mister mint to be stretched and he warned me they could break during the time on the machine which took overnight, I got them back in perfect condition and wider which is what I wanted, thank you for doing a good job.
