After seeing and talking to Shailen?? at the St Lukes Mister Minit In regards to a slightly bent car key. Shailen told us to go to the Mister Minit at Sylvia Park and his sons would help us there as the machine needed was there. We did this and 2 of Shailen's sons indeed sorted out a spare key for us. They too were pure gentlemen like their dad and even made sure the key worked in the car. We had a few laughs in the process eg don't use you key for anything but the ignition lol and it made for a nice and easy experience that left us with smiles on our faces upon leaving. No hesitation in using either St Lukes or Sylia Park Mister Minit. . Thanks Guy's.

Was there about a year or so ago to get a plague done for my cremated cats wooden box. The craftsmanship was beautiful and done promptly & it came with sticky stuff for the back so I didn't have to screw it or find glue myself!

9th of Dec, 2021 I was served by Jayden again today 🙂 They were very helpful and gave productive feedback for an engraving I needed for a friend. Generally speaking, they are a very friendly and charismatic staff who help their customers. I was happy with the quality of the engraving as well. I would also recommend others to use this shop for engraving personal items 🙂 Definitely happy with the discount as well. Earlier review: I received good service from this place. Mayuk and Jayden were very helpful and gave me ideas on an engraved gift for a friend. They were also very friendly, charismatic and accomodating whilst I was at the shop. Great discount and quality work for my engraved gift. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking to engrave an item!!

New battery in watch, set of keys copied and new key obtained for car. All done very willingly in short time at a very reasonable cost. Car keys involved two trips out to car to set them up correctly as they had to be set up just right for the microchip to work, these guys really know there stuff and are set up with all the right gear to do a great job. Would not hesitate to go back and highly recommended, thanks so much.

Came to them in the mall for a replacement of my key and was very pleased with them as they had amazing service and was able to come to my house to replace my car keys with a chip instantly. Pricing is fair too I had called 5 other places and they all wanted $400+ but these guys did it for $280. Overall great value and fair will definitely recommend

I went to get my shoe repaired and watch battery done here few weeks ago. Amit did my watch battery and heel and soles in half an hour. Very good service. These guys know what they doing. Highly recommended mister minit Sylvia park🙂

Alveen and Amit served me and what excellent service I received from them they knew exactly what I wanted and took care of my product and told me to return while they ingraved my Christmas gift. I was really surprised by the professional service and friendly team and the price was just right and on top of it all, I was given 15% off which was a bargain I got for their excellent service. I went to Mister Minit to get an engraving done on a dog tag for my brother. When I went there Amit worked with me to get the design right and was a nice and friendly person. The engraving was done pretty quickly and I was quite happy with how it turned out. Definitely glad I came here for the job and it was a great price too.

Checked in to have my car remote battery replaced, this guy named Amit was very accommodating, he provided the best service and not only did the job straight away he even fixed my remote and placed a spare screw in ( my remote was held up together by tape) now my remote is working and looking much better . I’m so thankful with Amit’s initiative and I ended up getting some nice keychain and ID holder... I never really paid attention before but mister minit has a lot of good essential items.

Great customer service and very good engraving services. I had to get a present engraved and had to get it done on late notice and was very happy with the results. Only took 20 minutes and they gave me a 15% discount which is always nice.

If you need something engraved and have a chance to see Mister Minit ask for Alveen. He is great and his work is spotless and clean, he should be a tattoo artist. He is also polite, caring and is happy to show you an example of his work. I had a 15% discount coupon from Pascoes but their are a great value as you get what you pay for. They are worth the pennies and make you feel valued as a customer. 5/5 would use again.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews as I have come here many times and have always found the staff well informed with great service. The prices are somewhat high but not unreasonable and no more than other similar establishments. This is my go to place to have keys cut and they've even helped get my newly cut car keys working after I accidently dropped them in a puddle! Coming in soon to have some engraving done!

Supplied me with a replacement Key and remote assy from my Lexus IS250. Super good price and great service. Product like genuine product. I then got them to provide spare key and remotes for our fleet of VW Caddy vans. Again fantastic service, price under half of genuine product. quality product and they came out and did it on site. Mister Minit is the best locksmith in town! And here's why! I had just had a Monday that would send Garfield running for the hills, I was finally relieved from my morbid state of affairs and to my horror discovered my keys missing. I scoured the halls of Sylvia Park hoping for a miracle but it never came... Until suddenly up in the distance in all its shining glory there it was. Not the keys but Mister minit. Quickly they jumped to action with their high tech key replacing gadgets doing all sorts of wonderful key replacing operations. They worked long and hard on the job. Until finally they were finished (in good time too) I fearfully went to pay knowing that these sorts of places usually charge an arm and a leg for the service. However Mister Minit Sylvia Park halved the original price for me as they could see the stress I was under. And so my fellow review readers, I hope that from my story you can see why Mister Minit are the best locksmiths in town!

Lost the keys to my Holden Commodore on the weekend and contacted them via Facebook on Monday Evening requesting urgent help with the expectation they would come out on Tuesday morning. Jayden did not hesitate to come out that very evening (Monday) after hours at no extra charge. They cut the key on Monday evening came out on Tuesday morning and job done within 20mins. Got my new key and works perfectly fine! He was the cheapest quote I could get also! Amazing service, very professional and quality key.

Mister Minit showed great knowledge of their services, however unfortunately a problem with my service did arise which was disappointing but the way that Chris handled the situation was amazing.
