M.Got a heel replacement on my boots here. I had previously went to the one in Lyn mall (which I did not have a good experience with at all). The guys here are exceptional. Really friendly, give honest advice and helpful. And the job they did on my boots was amazing. Will definitely recommend.

D.Service was a slow handed key over yes that will cost $160 go ahead. Stood around 15 minutes another worker asked can I help you yes I'm getting a key cut. Then the one that served me said it will take 30 minutes from now ???? Could have told me in the first day
T.I had a Schlage key to cut and tried somewhere else it didnt work, had 3 visits but stil not working, ended up having refund and the stuff there commented it must be something wrong with my lock. Went to Mister Minit West City, the new cut didn't work for the first time either, but the gentleman there is really helpful and patient, no complaints whatsoever, tried different cut ways and it turned out that for my lock it needs to cut the key per the 5 digital codes provided by the manufacturer. I was so happy the new key finally works after all the hassle and there is no additional charge for the second new cut (apparently cutting keys through the digital codes is more expensive). Great customer service, highly recommended!
J.Amazing came to my daughters car cut and reprogrammed and cut key at good price aa useless and expensive call out locksmith 500 just to come out plus key cost thank you
T.I can't recommend MIster Minit West City enough. I had a major issue with the chip in my car key being damaged, Vinish came to my rescue spending a large part of his day working to fix my key so my car would start, he even drove to Penrose to get the part needed
Although I am already a customer of Mister Minit West City I will gladly recommend their services to anyone.
