Reviews of Novo Shoes
A.Had to return a pair of shoes for being faulty (hence 4*). If I was rating on customer service alone, I’d give 5*. Jiulia was lovely to deal with - calm, collected and polite. She managed the situation flawlessly and in a timely manner.
R.The range of shoes is great but the staff were not flash. Might have been better if the manager actually helped her staff
