Not really one to leave reviews but I want to applaud her as she had the best staff service I've ever encountered in retail. Was extremely helpful with my situation and got my mom the perfect shoes for her birthday. She deserves so much recognition along with Chris who also made my shopping a little more fun. Just want to recognize the team who work there 1000/10 literally left the store with a smile on my face. Absolutely amazing service !!!!!
N. V.Treated myself to some new kicks today and loved the experience in the shop. The ladies were very helpful especially Gemela. She ensured that I had the right size and the style that I wanted. She was willing to go above and beyond to make sure I get the kicks I wanted :) Thank you!
K.I don’t usually write reviews but it’s not everyday that we get to encounter people who are good at what they do! I just wanted to say that your staff member working today (16/11/23) - I think her name is Halamehi? ( around 7pm) - is honestly fantastic at customer service! I came in already knowing what I wanted but she helped me out with my sizing etc and she was just so lovely to chat with. She knows how to hold a conversation and has a cheerful personality. I’ll definitely be back for more shoes in the future. Thank you! 😊

D. I.Platypus Shoes Manukau🥰 Thank-you to the both ladies that helped and assisted me. Wednesday 16th August, I was looking for shoes for my brothers birthday. They were friendly and was happy to assist. It’s nice to walk in a store and see friendly faces. I went into another store JD sports so many workers on but not greeted or anything. But I am so thankful I shopped here, I had received amazing customer service from Schakerra and I am assuming the store manager ☺️. Keep up the excellent work ladies😊
