R.The people don't pick up the phone but visiting the store, you can immediately see why. They are super busy and yet, super friendly and helpful! Love my new shoes 🥰
M.Had a great experience with girl in pink shirt .after asking she pronounced her name monik(not too sure correctly).awesome customer service, polite and very helpful.we asked more than three times for sizes and she was happy at all the times to sort that out. I was in delima should i buy that pair or not but after the customer service i couldn't resist myself from buying just to appreciate the girls efforts for us. Very good example of customer service

H.Had such a great shopping experience in this store yesterday. Used to try and shop in the store on Queen Street but always found the staff didn't look like they wanted to be there and the music was waaay to loud so wasn't very comfortable shopping there.
Thought I'd give platypus another try in another place and boy! I'm so glad I did. The girls in there made my time shopping so much fun. Didn't go in looking for anything in particular and left with the most awesome looking pair of Doc Martin's I've ever seen and they were so cheap! Haven't taken them off since I got home.. just trying to break them in. 😣 ah! But honestly, the two girls that served me in store were loving there job, working crazy hard and managed to make every single customer smile! Good job girls. I'll see you soon. Thank you so much!
R.went shopping on the 2nd of Jan 18 and it was sooo busy, however the staff were all there helping with questions and queries. Jennifer (according to my receipt) was amazing, she spend lots of time trying to find my daughter and I the perfect pair of shoes for our travels. She went above and beyond to get me the shoes I wanted. I def would go back to this store in future.
T.Helpful hard working staff makes up for small somewhat dilapidated store. Despite it's size seemed to have wide variety so I found and purchased what I needed.

J.Good service and helpful staff. Visited on a Sunday, was quite packed up. Recommend you to go early at Dress Smart to score a parking spot, otherwise may have to wait a bit.
C.Friendly staff, lots of shoes, great deals, but it's very difficult to find shoe sizes. Would recommend looking online for availability of shoes and sizes before coming in.
