I just wanna say massive thank you to the staff who helped me get this pair of shoes. I was a bit bummed when the store didn’t have my size but she went all out to try and help me get these from other stores. This was shipped to my house in two days! I’m so happy, thank you so much to the staff and platypus 😁❤️❤️ Awesome customer service!

Just bought my first pair of Dr Martens in store and I cannot praise the staff highly enough! The first lady was super helpful and put them on hold while I sorted out finances. Went back in today and a lovely guy helped me out and was so helpful and patient! The supervisor there is so lovely too, really helpful and it's clear there is a great work environment which in turn creates a fantastic customer experience. Cannot rate highly enough!

I have just had great service from Adam at the Queen Street store. Professional and helpful service with a smile. Full of knowledge about his products and an all round nice guy. It was so worth the trip into the city! We need to get back in there and make it the vibrant place it was. Thanks Adam. I love my Dr Martin sandals.

Customer service was amazing here I bought shoes within 10 minutes of entering and was helped by a young man with black hair, that I unfortunately did not get the name of. Very happy with my purchase, and the layout of the store is great and I enjoyed the music played by dj. Definitely recommend to others.

My twin brother and I bought a pair of Air Force 1s today and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We were helped by the assistant manager Toby he was very friendly and helpful and had good knowledge of shoes. Overall very satisfied with customer service and the shoes and definitely will shop here again :)

This review has been delayed too long. I went into the Platypus Shoes Queen Street branch shortly after Christmas and the staff member attending to me went well beyond the call of duty. When there were no pairs of the shoes I wanted in my size in the store, the staff member ran out of the building and to another location where she found some! Incredible service! Platypus was already my favourite shoe store but this really solidified my feeling. Thanks!

Went in to try, and perhaps buy, some shoes listed as on sale on the website. Was told that the items advertised online as on sale were no longer on sale. So I tried them on then bought them from the online portal at the 50% off sale price. Curious... Nice sale team.

I like the shoes i like talking to Kimberley and the Staff but the sad thing is its to expensive maybe 30% discount from Kimberley would be great because im Kimberley's Friend music is always good as well
