A.It was my first time going to the shoe clinic. Bronson was super helpful and talked me through everything, from what could’ve been causing the discomfort in my feet to what I need in a shoe to better support my feet, as well as the best type of socks to wear. The foot scan and treadmill was also very insightful!
After wearing my new shoes for one week, I’ve had no discomfort whatsoever and feel like I’m walking on cushions! I highly recommend them and will definitely be coming back!
T.Have been buying shoes for my daughter for years, but she hated wearing them, she would pick what she wanted and then complained about them, too tight, too loose, feel funny wearing them, blisters and the list went on and on.
So being her first year at high school and her feet growing I decided to take her to the Shoe Clinic after seeing an ad on TV.
The best decision I have ever made, the Male sales assistant was Awesome, he talked to us about her feet, and the correct fitting shoes she needed, gave her copies of her feet, and she walked away a happy girl.
We will definitely be back again.
M.Carol and I were very impressed with Bronson. He explained everything to us and just looking at how we walked made so much sense and gave us both a good insight on why we had issues with our feet. Bronson gave us two sets of shoes to try and it was amazing how different we both felt and walked after having the correct shoes to wear. I recommend everyone to do the same.
S.I always get my running shoes from shoe clinic but two weeks ago I bought runners that were really uncomfortable which is a first. So I went in to replace it using the 30 day guarantee and Bronson was really helpful and was quick to find the right shoe. I just finished going for a run and the shoes were really comfortable. A.Bought my second shoe here for my arch support. had a bit of an issue with the back cushion after using it for 3 to 4 weeks but they exchanged the shoe with no hesitance and helped me with the 30 day return policy. Great customer care and great staff :)

F.I went in a couple of days ago and was served by Ella. I told her what sort of pain I had in my feet and she knew exactly what would be the best fit for me. The first few shoes she showed me were the perfect ones 😊 She was very patient and understanding. I had gone back the next day as I was a bit worried about the fit of the shoe and was served by her again. She was very understanding again and helped me the best she could. I would highly recommend going to this store. Ella made my visit to the store amazing and I would definitely be going back and recommending other people to go there for all their shoe needs🙂
M.I got looked after by Bronson id highly recommended this legend of a man to sort you out with your shoes especially if you have issues like i do with my feet he was extremely thorough and took his time with getting me fitted up perfectly and gave me options to further help my feet/calves/hammies, if you want fitted up right talk to Bronson 100% highly recommend A++++

V.Where do i start? It’s my 17th year as a customer with shoe clinic, probably 6 to 7 years with Manukau shoe clinic. Bronson and Jess are just brilliant, they listen and take the time to find a n appropriate shoe for me. i think i am a demanding customer, wide foot, previously paralysed from a stroke. Excellent customer service, supportive staff , i could say they a very educated team of staff. They are very helpful. Excellent selection of shoes. When i go in there i want to buy all the men’s shoes. keep up the good work Team.

This is the first time I've been to a shoe clinic. I'm flatfooted and I always have pain on my left foot when I am standing or walking around for long periods. Needed comfortable work shoes.
As I visited the store to get new shoes I was greeted and served by lovely staff, JESS. She was AMAZING!!! She was very helpful through the process. Very straightforward and awesome customer service. She found the perfect fit for my shoes, got what I wanted. The shoes that I got was really comfortable to walk on and has a nice arch support as well.
I would definitely recommend shopping there to get the right shoes.

0.Have received excellent customer service from this branch. I needed custom shoes as I am going to be part of Round The Bays for the first time and have issues with my foot rolling slightly inwards. I appreciate the time taken out to help me (I think her name was Shayal) Even after I had bought the shoes I just wanted check out a few sandals which I said I may not buy. She still patiently took the time to show them to me and recommended the good ones. Thanks for the service Shoe Clinic. The shoes are not cheap but could definitely feel the difference when I got the proper recommendations.

Mainly thru your wonderful service and shoe recommendation, we came back and DID make a purchase. Your recommendation of shoe is awesome....they were worn home and then out while daughter coached volleyball tonight.👍The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the other attendant was very tunnel vision on other customer, not smiling when i made eye contact smiling at her, but I will be bk...more members of my whanau require new shoes

R.Excellent skilled service by a couple of neat and friendly personalities, well organized shop, nicely set out with very good quality stock, hard to complement this shop and personal adequately, very impressed. They treated 90 year old Mum with great respect and patience, very gentle and understanding with her difficulties of standing and getting up and down, out of the wheel chair, but she has now some very fitting, quality shoes enabling her to walk much more comfortably for the limited amount of walking she can do.
Excellent, I'd give 6 stars if allowed.
S.Just brought my 4th pair of running shoes in 3 years. I keep coming back because of the excellent service Bronson and the team give. At first, I was a bit nervous about getting a foot/running assessment, however they put me and my wife at ease. They are friendly and knowledgeable and listen to their customers. This time I decided to get a pair of smart casual shoes also. It's worth the price for the excellent service and knowing you are getting a quality shoe that is exactly right for you.

H.Extremely happy with the customer service. We bought a pair of school shoes for my son.. he used it for a week or so and noticed the leather on the front started peeling off. We reported it to the shop manager and he contacted the manufacturer. The manufacturer refused to repair it as the warranty is only for the sole and not for the top section. But shoe clinic refunded us the money. I don't doubt the quality of the shoes at all and the damage could have been caused due to the nature of use. I am super impressed with the customer service.
O.After today's visit to Shoe Clinic Manukau, we felt compelled to write a review.
Looking for the right shoes for our Dad has been a long and emotional journey, considering his overall wellbeing. We've struggled to find the right fit for him for so long and casually walked in to Shoe Clinic out of curiosity and were so grateful to have met and be served by Jess. The entire process was so clear, well explained, friendly and supportive.
My Dad is really specific about the shoes that he wants but after the service we received, picking the shoes seemed like such a simple and meaningful decision.
Jess was super knowledgeable and displayed such a genuine care for my Dad's health - from assessment to even finding the best socks and tying the shoelaces. We are just in awe of how comprehensive this process was.
It has been years of searching (not exaggerating) but it took less than 10 minutes with Jess to find the perfect fit.

P.The Manukau mall shop proved as expert and sensible as the Ponsonby shop with staff member carefully measuring my feet and making excellent recommendations of course on the expensive side but I warned them I would need to think about it and they accepted that
