This is the second time I've purchased with them and I absolutely love the great service. I have received my running shoes within a day and a nice running tee as a present. I would highly recommend this store for its outstanding customer service and knowledgeable staff.

Fantastic service - even investigating & ordering a smaller size direct from the manufacturer (as they dont usually stock such a small size)! Thank you Rueben, we will definitely be back & appreciate the efforts you went to during level 3, to enable us to buy shoes for our toddler & preschooler! No issues with exchange of size (as we couldnt try on under level 3). Fast dispatch & delivery . No hesitation in recommending Shoe Clinic! Thank you, I have 2 very happy kids 😊

The best place in Auckland to buy your new running shoes! The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful and I was fitted with a great pair of shoes. The sales assistant Eliza - also a trained physio - recognised the issues I was having with my running style and was knowledgeable about every shoe she recommended. She gave me lots of options to choose from and I felt really confident in what I was buying. They are the best running shoes I've had so far and have sorted out my shin splints and ankle pain. I would highly recommend this store for its friendly and knowledgeable customer service and great selection of shoes.

If you call or email you get a prompt courteous reply from the Manager Ruben. Then I bought a show tried it looked good. But once I put my new orthosis in I could not even put my feet in to the shoe. Ruben was busy. So I was served by Elie. He knows his shoes. We tried different models, different sizes until we found the right shoe. Which actually was little cheaper which he refunded. The entire process took a very long time. Right through the process he was courteous & didn't hurry at all. After we choose the she he me to try the shoe by walking around a little. For shoe clinic it is all about the fit. This is first time I have been to Shoe Clinic. I will shop again & recommend my friends to go there. I have purchased same brand of shoes in others stores. But the service you receive is far superior. They sell you a service. s I said before Its all about the fit.

After a few disappointing stores, we walked into the Shoe Clinic for some new running shoes and had the most incredible service from the moment we walked in. Reuben assessed my feet, running style, and was incredibly patient while he helped me find the perfect shoes. His knowledge was amazing, and his customer service even more outstanding. I will definitely return when I need my next pair, thank you very much. Highly recommend!!

I cannot recommend this store highly enough. Today I visited with the intention of buying some new runners and I was not disappointed. From the moment I stepped into the store, I was made to feel welcome and relaxed. I was helped by Reuben who has the most amazing customer service skills I have ever witnessed. He was calm, knowledgeable, attentive, patient and knew when to ask questions and what questions to ask. He made what could have been a painful experience an enjoyable and rewarding experience instead. The shoes I purchased fit perfectly and are so comfortable, I can't wait to head out and give them a go. I will definitely return when it's time for a new pair. Guys, please continue to give excellent service as it's hard to find stores that care about the process as much as the end result. Thanks again!

Amazing customer service from Reuben at Shoe Clinic Newmarket during the level 3 Auckland lockdown. I phoned to check on availability of some running shoes not only did they have them in stock but they were personally delivered to our door within a couple of hours. Highly recommend. Thanks!

Always awesome service from these guys and there's a huge range to choose from. Getting really good use out of the shoes and socks they've recommended and the quality's been great.

Can't give these guys enough stars! Rueben fitted me with the best running shoes I've ever had and he was cool without being pushy. Then when one of the shoes busted (not his fault) he sorted out a replacement for me within days - just in time for my half-marathon. Seriously the best customer service I've had in years. Def recommend these guys!

Fantastic service from Rueban and James at the shoe clinic. These guys genuinely care about the right shoe for the person. Highly recommend after purchasing a couple pairs and feeling confident in the choices made. Epic guys!

Really impressed. It's the first place I've ever bought shoes where they've taken the time to actually analyse my foot structure + exercise habits. Result: Only had to pick from two options (I hate shoe shopping so this is a total win), and had pros/cons from Rueben and a tread-mill run to help me decide. In and out in 30 minutes, and really happy with the result. Won't bother going anywhere else for exercise shoes.

My disabled brother and I want to congratulate James for his excellent customer service. He was extremely helpful, courteous and treated my disabled brother with respect. My brother is very happy with the shoes he purchased and we will certainly return to this shop again.

Honestly the customer service at this place is astonishing. Feet measured, jogged over electronic pressure mat of some sort. Friendly staff made recommendation and fitting was easily the most comfortable pair of shoes I have worn in damn near a decade: Brooks Glycerin 13 pair.

Coming from Northland I wanted to make sure I got the correct running shoes and I was recommended the shoe clinic. When I went to the store I found the staff to be extremely friendly, helpful and I never felt rushed. The store has excellent facilities because they can look at the way you run and select the best shoes based on this. As stated before, the staff had excellent customer service and knowledge and I would happily come to the store for my next pair of shoes.

Shoe Clinic in both Newmarket and now in Manukau have always given me great advice, and taken the time to get me into the right shoes so I can keep running injury free. Worth taking the time to do the video fit, you can see exactly what's going on when you run.
