I read some reviews where people are complaining about the lack of, or inadequate customer service. I get why this could be interpreted as such, but I actually prefer not having a sales rep on my tail, asking if I need anything every few minutes. I like to do my own browsing and trying on, without constant pestering. Once I needed assistance, the staff was actually very helpful, I ended up purchasing three pairs of comfortable reasonably priced shoes. I will go back.

It was the end of the day, snarky sales assistant was a bit tired perhaps. Wasnt a great experience anyway. Still i got what i wanted, stock levels were great, tidy shop too.

Found some great summer shoes there. I just hope the quality of them lasts. Was also a good deal of buy one pair get the second pair for $25 so I walked out of the store with two pairs! They have litterally every type of shoe you need. They just dont really have branded stuff though, it's more your value range styles of shoes.

Brought a pair of shoes online but parcel was put in my letterbox unpackaged just in a shoe box and not even addressed to me.I know it's all about being greener etc but seriously, they could of at least wrapped up the box in plain paper and had my name on it.Not sure who delivered it but they need a kick up the arse too,anyone could of stolen this from my letterbox! Disappointing to see customer service did not even contact me after leaving a complaint.UPDATE: I had to return my shoes as they were way too big and after speaking with the sales assistant they advised me to email customer services which I did so the next day I received a phone call from a person in charge of customer services and he kindly explained that my parcel was either stolen or delivered to the wrong address in which the person living in that house has opened either by mistake or on purpose.I kind of suspected that was the case as every parcel has a courier sticker when sent out.I was impressed that customer services made an effort to speak to me personally about this issue so well done for that but I think ALL parcels should be signed for or at least the courier takes a photo of proof of delivery.As for the shoes,really happy with the quality of them and they are comfy to wear although a little on the big size compared to other shoes that I have in the same size from different shoe companies.
