S.Awesome environment, awesome collections and incredible team. I have only been to Hype a number of times but every time I have been I have ended up purchasing due to the amazing customer service I have received. All the staff members are honest, kind and actually engage in conversation with you. I never feel forced to buy anything unlike some other stores, and will always go back to Hype to buy due to the great service.
K.went in to exchange shoes & was dealt with a young asian man who was very helpful. He had excellent sneaker knowledge & made sure we were happy with our shoes. I had some questioned & his answers were spot on. He was super enthusiastic & we left very happy.

D.One of the best customer experiences I've had in a long time! Min seemed to have a detailed knowledge about the products in the store from sneakers to the protect spray. Was abit disappointed with the customer service with the other guy as he seemed disinterested in wanted to help us try on the shoes we liked however Min covered up for it. Not only was he helpful but he always greeted us politely and in a friendly manner. 5 stars to Min!

B.The staff here are incredible! After being at a few other shoe stores in the mall and being very disappointed with the customer service. As soon as I walked into Hype I was expecting the same response but they were the extact opposite, the staff were very welcoming as soon as we walked in and they were also extremely helpful! Awesome staff very knowledgeable and friendly! Thanks Guys :)
