Hi I always buy outdoor shoes here. Excellent service.. the Manager at this outlet store knows her stuff and is ever so helpful and friendly. She could teach a few people in Christchurch customer service. She gives 5 * + service, well done!!

Amazing customer service and we learned alot. Absolutely recommend this place and the staff!

Friendly service and a very convenient store layout. Unfortunately there did not seem to be many Patagonia products available when I went, which was what I was after.

I'm a size 14 wide and they didn't have what I wanted but the staff were excellent and very helpful. Going to Cashel now.

Good range of shoes and some good clothes too. Staff are always very friendly and helpful, with a good balance between attentiveness and giving you space.
