Came in here looking for a pair of new shoes seeing as many of my other ones had been starting to get old. First thing happened I made my way in and I am instantly greeted by a sharp and respectable looking young man. I was very kindly greeted leaving a very heart warming first impression. While I simply had the intention of getting new shoes I walked out with much more feeling incredibly satisfied til today with the purchase I made. I found a friend out of Pierre as well and he told me to come back around if I ever wanted help with anything not just shoes. When I came around after level 2 lock down commenced I was informed by staff that he sadly does not work at Platypus anymore. So here is something positive I will leave for him and anyone else that comes to shop here. - John

I got recommended to shop at Platypus Shoes by my sister, as all of my shoes were worn down to the point of being unwearable. Long story short, I went in, and not long after I came in, one of the worker's (I forgot his name, Kylian? Killian?) came to help me. The range of shoes is huge in this store, but he instantly made it a lot more compact for me to understand. Gave me brilliant suggestions in regards to the shoes that would best suit my needs, provided me with super informative information (such as whether or not the shoes looked good on me), and was just an overall very nice and helpful guy. His patience and honesty was also very appericative, and took a great interest in my personal life, which simply goes above and beyond what he was asked to do for his job. If anyone wants top quality shoes, with absoultely brilliant customer service, I HIGHLY recommend Platypus Shoes! Trust me, it is money and time well spent!
