L.Me and my friend were there on monday 03/08/20 to buy a pair of shoes and the workers in there were SUUUUUPER lovely and helpful!! On my reciept it says I was being served by Anja (who was friendly, talkative and funny) but we were originally greeted by a girl with long dark hair and fair skin who was super amazing and friendly too! I would definitely recommend shopping here and will definitely be back if I need more shoes in future. Thanks for the amazing customer service!! And Platypus you should be proud of having such great workers!! 😊😊

N.Was hunting for a pair of shoes and the sales people were not interested in helping. Had to go to the counter before I was acknowledged with a pair of shoes. On the other hand the platypus in the city centre were very helpful and friendly
L.Have little knowledge or experience in buying shoes but the sales people were so kind and helpful and got a full exchange for a different size. Would 100% recommend.
G.The staff are all very friendly and chatty. Good range of popular shoe brands (Nike, Doc Martin, Timberland etc.). However, their stock isn't always very good. Overall a positive shopping experience.
