We live out of town so always buy from Frames online. The service is really quick. Most times we receive our shoes the next day. Communication is great and if we do buy a wrong size it's easy to exchange. They website is easy to use and has a great range to chose from at great prices. Appreciate the free shipping too. Highly recommend.

Went to get my first pair of decent trainers and got assistance by the nicest young lady who was very knowledgeable and found me the best shoe for what I was wanting to do. She was friendly and spoke with honesty. I would highly recommend Frames as clearly they hire very passionate and friendly staff

Outstanding service! I just found the shoe my son needed online but wanted to really make sure I was getting the correct size. I spoke to SUCH a lovely young man who went out back to check for me and confirm the sizing. Frames Footwear has the most amazing selection of quality shoe brands for adults and children. They have a huge range of styles to suit all tastes. The website is easy to use and they respond to questions within a short timeframe. Delivery of goods is fast and super efficient. Great Boots Lovely friendly staff I had them on constantly in Auckland They where so comfortable Got heaps of compliments and I felt terrific.

Not as good as they've been in the past. Used to be very helpful in finding larger size shoes for me, but not so much in the past. Still a good go-to for kids shoes and smaller sizes.

Fantastic customer service, range, prices! I recently bought shoes here and they were extremely helpful answering a few questions I had about delivery to Auckland. They also had a better price on the shoes I was after, than anywhere else I could see in NZ. The parcel arrived quickly too. I'm very impressed.

I initially was going to purchase my shoes from Amazon as historically it has been cheaper to do so. With uncertainty's of US 3rd party shipping costs the scales tipped in favor of also supporting an NZ owned business and keeping New Zealanders employed at this troubling time. The shoes arrived well packaged within 2 working days within the South Island which was surprising given the current reported shipping delays. The purchase was simple and straight forward with free shipping sealing the deal.

I ordered a pair of Bresley Shoes from Frames Footwear by emailing Tom Frame (as I live in Australia). Super quick, helpful and friendly response from Tom and my shoes arrived in 1 week. 5 * Frames - outstanding customer service. I have no doubt I'll be back as I've fallen in love with my Bresleys and a girl can never have too many pairs of shoes - right?!

Fabulous shoes and fantastic customer service. I received my shoes the day before I broke my ankle and tore my achilles tendon on other foot. Unfortunately my original order were one size too large but due to accident I wasnt able to return shoes for the next size down. Then Covid 19 hit. It wasnt until after we reached level one I was able to return them. Tom was simply brilliant, it wasnt a problem. I eventually got to return them and within a week received the smaller size. I live in Foxton but will continue ordering from Frames online!

Not a very good size selection. EDITED TO RESPOND TO REPLY I understand covid situation will make this difficult. There was a selection of children's sketchers which only had one or 2 sizes available at random, unfortunately we were not offered the option to order in the size we needed. Perhaps next time.

It's all about having a great range of interesting quality shoes all under one roof. If I was in Auckland I would have to shop at several different store to get the same range. Easy parking and very helpful thoughtful staff. And they have FLY London shoes... my current favourite for comfortable shoes.

Amazing staff and service, the best shoe shop in Dunedin by miles!!!! I got some laces which were the wrong size, totally my fault and they gave me some replacement ones no hassles at all.

Frames Footwear is absolutely one of the best companies I have ever purchased from! My mother has very painful toes in which some overlap each other and some claw. She has only ever found comfort in a specific pair of shoes (Step Lite Aimees) however, they have stopped stocking them where we live and we cannot find them anywhere within Australia. I contacted Frames Footwear via their online chat system and they were very responsive and helpful. They organised special shipping to Australia for us even though they are a New Zealand based business. They also contacted their distributor to order in a specific colour my mother was after in her size. Everything about this experience was amazing and we are so thankful for Frames Footwear going above and beyond for us.

We came in to buy slippers for my husband. Being an amputee, he has found in the past there is a real problem finding some he doesn't have to fight with to get onto his prosthetic foot. In a very short space of time we found a pair of Bata slippers with velcro in all the right places. He is delighted, they are smart, comfortable & so easy to put on. I had never heard of Frames before searching online during lockdown for Archipedico shoes. I was amazed how quickly a pair were delivered to my home in Wellington and more recently some super comfortable and stylish ECCO walking shoes. Thrilled to find them online as a stockist of my favourite quality European brands.

Good selection of shoes and the staff are very nice and helpful. There's a customer carpark too. My only gripe is the opening hours as the only time they're open during the weekend is Saturday morning. I can't get there during weekday hours.

So helpful. It is like shopping in the 60's & 70's. Staff with knowledge that fit shoes to your feet, lace them up & happily talk you through the fit. Prices are as good as or lower than big chain stores.
