Absolutely 💯 love this shoe store. Customer service is fantastic every time I've been. Great advice on how to look after the shoes. Love love love. Don't buy my shoes anywhere else (except my runners 🤣)

Today I was served by Shannon and what a great asset to your company. I went a couple of days before and took some photos of what I would like to purchase and she was so obliging. So today I went back and purchased them. She was so obliging at what to recommend me to use to look after them. Such brilliant service.

I had the very best service from Will in the Dunedin shop a week ago. He was very helpful. He went and got advise on improving the shoe fit and came back with a great description of what to do. Will had a great manner and was very accommodating to my indecision. It is great to go to a shop where young people are providing such excellent customer service. Top marks Will.

Went in to buy a pair of boots and had lots of help even though it was reasonably busy. The staff member that was helping me had another customer to deal with as well but I never felt neglected. They had such a good deal that I ended up buying a sale pair as well as the boots I wanted. I love them both and was glad to find that they had afterpay so I could pay them off but take them that day! Awesome thanks girls 👏👏👏👍👍👍

Had issues with my shoes, they started to fall apart within 6 months. Initially there was debate about what was fair as a resolution, but the manager changed her mind and did right by the guarantees act. I know that it can be difficult with store policy and pressure from upper management, and I'm happy with the final outcome. Definitely hard to be told you're wrong and do the right thing afterwards, much appreciated.

Went here a few weeks ago to buy sketches. The assistant was really nice and got shoes without complaining I was satisfied pretty fast I found the right shoes. Felt very comfortable environment. Thanks.
