I have ordered a few items online from the team at Fast Forward Shoes. Delivery is always quick and the shoes are always in great condition. They stock a good range of shoes I like for my little person. This time round my order was close to Christmas and enclosed was a strip of Fruit and Vegetable Stickers, this was a nice surprise. They do list some products on Trademe as well. I have no hesitation in purchasing from them directly in the future or recommending them to friends and family. The shoes are already well used this summer.

Have purchased from Foot Forward a few times now. I wish they sold every shoe I was after as customer service is amazing, fast shipping (free too!). I even called in beforehand to see what the chances of me receiving my parcel before the weekend would be, I was told that I’d definitely receive before needed date so I made my purchase and shoes arrived the next day! Repeat online customer for this honest and genuine shoe store - hard to fault their service and quick delivery. We once had an issue with a pair of shoes (manufacturing / design fault) - and they offered a refund and let us keep that shoes which was not what we expected at all. The shoes were still wearable, but the fact that the retailer owning up to the manufacturer's fault - and providing excellent pricing and service is a fantastic example of what this place offers! Great place to shop for kids shoes - the only place where I can find quality velcro sports sneakers for my primary school aged children, that doesn't cost an arm and a leg! They have permanent discounts too which makes it even mpre affordable.
