I needed new running shoes so dropped in to see them. Chris was great. he checked my walk, used various foot pads to walk and run over and 3D scanned my feet. We tried on 3 different shoes and found one that was a great fit and offered the extra cushioning I was after. I also picked up a running hat. Easy.

I'm more than happy to recommend Shoe clinic. I have an injury that needs looking after. They clearly know their stuff and had good reasons for the shoe they recommended as the best choice for me and my running.

I was served by Jordan who was super friendly greeted us as we entered the store. He asked us why are we here and what we are looking for. He also ran some tests and showed me how I run and pressure on my feet etc... He was very patient and we never felt we were rushed at all. I've never had a shoe buying experience like this before and i will definitely come back again and recommend to my friends/family. Thanks and keep up with the customer service!!!

I need to go to this Shoe Clinic, but I could not get parking around the whole block, so I drove back to Te Aroha. Will try next week, an I'm sure the shop will be brilliant. On the 8th of June I got dropped off at the foot clinic, omg it's awesome I got helped by awesome staff an the boss. I got my sneakers an wow its like walking on clouds, no more sore feet. Thanks to the team of guys that work there. You've made my day, I recommend this Shoe Clinic to all.

Andrew was super informative and helpful, he recognised the shoe that I had previously purchased and made me aware of the new and improved model which worked a treat! There's a reason these guys are Consumer approved, will continue to go back! :)

Extremely helpful! I don't usually write reviews, but this store definitely deserves one. Both staff members spent a fair amount of time asking me questions and helping me try on different types of shoes. I am extremely indecisive, however, they made the shoe choice SO easy. They also gave me ideas and tips about shoe related issues that has helped a lot. I have since recommended this store to my friends and family. Thank you so much!!

My bosses and a friend recommended me to come here to get fitted for some shoes, so I thought it must have been a good place to go. So far I have one regret! And that is not coming here earlier! I love my new running shoes, it is amazing the difference a good pair of running shoes is! Was given great advice also, in terms of running and training. Couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you so much :) An update of the shoes i was fitted for - they have yet to let me down. They got me through 3.5 weeks in Japan, so its about time i got a new pair 😊

I went in because of their honest 1 month returns policy, (unlike rebel sport) I was greeted by 2 expert sales people and they spent the best part of an hour fitting me up in the shoes that have made life life quite a bit easier.

I purchased some New Balance shoes and I started having having leg problems and shoe wear on the outside of the shoes. I contacted Andrew couriered him back the shoe and he very quickly said they had sold me the wrong shoe and replaced them with a different New Balance model. Leg pain gone back enjoying the walking a fantastic outcome for me and I can only say to Andrew and the team in Hamilton you guys rock and offer fantastic service and backup. Awesome and thank you.
