T.thank you, number one shoes - hastings to be specific, i ordered a pair of pixie boots online in size 8, overnight it was delivered but when i opened the package they were size 9 however... they fit perfectly!! someone in your store is AMAZING they had perfect product knowledge therefore, THANK YOU SO MUCH

B.A big thank you to the team for sorting out the issue with my boots yesterday. Didn't have my receipt but the staff were super good about it organised a replacement pair with no fuss. My workmates will be stoked they don't have to listen to me squeaking my way around work anymore!
P.My leather boots are not even 4 days worn and already the coating is lifting off around the ankle- can't believe it. I discarded my receipt but will try to get them changed using my bank card statement. Update - they gave me a full refund.
K.Lots of choice, great prices and sizes were easy for me as a customer to find on the shelf myself. Staff are helpful but usually very busy, quite a bit of mess left from customers but that is to be expected in such a large busy store yet staff are constantly trying their best to rectify the problems.
