M.Amazing friendly service! We were down from Taupo for the day and he was happy to repair the shoe quickly for us to be back on the road. Will definitely be couriering any shoes needing repairs in the future to the Village Cobbler.
C.Really really nice guy. A dog chewed through my hiking shoes on the day before I was supposed to leave town. I showed up and, though he was busy, he gave me a bit of a quick fix for free. Perfect experience, thank you so much.
P.Very obliging English chap who has taken over the shop. "Oh I've left my purse in my car" I said. "No worries" he said, "I'm sure you'll be popping in again one of these days". Now that I know this is the reception, I'll definitely be popping in with all my shoe and bag repairs. He's got a great sense of humour too, sadly missing in so many places these days.
