t.I wish I went here sooner. it was difficult for me to find shoes for my feet. I realised that my feet are wide but I did not know what kind of shoe suit my walk and my heels etc. previously my shoes have the right size but I still felt uncomfortable. after fitting here, I know better what my feet need.
the staff here were so friendly, helpful and patient. explaining everything so detail. Thank you very much.

C.Friendly and knowledgeable staff ensure that you get the correct footwear to suit your feet and your activity. A little hard to get to, with the construction going on in Esk St., but worth the effort!

M.Wonderful personal service! We were looked after really well, and are very pleased with our purchases. My husband wanted a pair of sturdy shoes which also looked good and were comfortable. He found exactly what he wanted. I wanted running shoes but had no idea what to look for as I'm just taking it up. Well my feet and running action were evaluated by running over a mat, a suitable pair of shoes were recommended and they felt fine. Then onto the treadmill where my running action while wearing the shoes was video'd and evaluated. Spot on! I'm confident I have a pair of supportive shoes and am looking forward to working up to my first Parkrun! Really helpful, friendly service, I highly recommend this store!

He still took the time to acknowledge the next customer while he helped me. Some people just really get it in retail - he has it in spades. I left with my new shoes and I'm excited to try them now (currently 30 degs in Invercargill...) If you're looking for excellent advice to buy exactly what your feet need then see Troy. S.Just bought a pair of shoes for regular walking - I wish I got the guy's name in the Invercargill store cos he was awesome. Great service - not pushy but made recommendations based on the technology available. He knew his stuff and I walked away feeling like I'd had an awesome customer experience.
